For orders not yet processed, we will cancel them and provide a full refund. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped, you’ll need to adhere to our return policy for a refund.

In the event of a cancellation after shipment, you’ll incur return shipping costs. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Pre-Order Cancellation
